Cap on direct liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Northmap Learning Ltd. for the specific course or webinar that gave rise to the claim.
Some provinces or territories may not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted.
7. Indemnification
