Northmap Learning Ltd. provides educational services, including online courses, intensives, and live webinars. Offerings may include structured lesson content, practice assignments, optional live Q&A sessions, and where stated, access to recordings and learning materials.

Each program page describes the format, schedule, intended learning outcomes, prerequisites (if any), and the expected time commitment. Availability may vary by cohort dates and instructor scheduling.

Educational purpose disclosure: all content is provided for educational purposes only. Guest experts participate as invited specialists. We do not provide financial, career, or professional guarantees.

You agree to use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in Canada or in your location.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials unless explicitly permitted in writing.

If a course includes downloadable files, you may store copies for personal use, but you must not share them publicly or with non-enrolled individuals.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

Educational content reflects practical guidance and examples. Results depend on your experience, practice, and context. We do not guarantee job placement, promotion, income, certification, or any particular outcome.

Live sessions: webinar dates, instructors, and content may change due to scheduling constraints. If a change occurs, we will aim to provide an updated schedule and reasonable alternatives where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northmap Learning Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Cap on direct liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Northmap Learning Ltd. for the specific course or webinar that gave rise to the claim.

Some provinces or territories may not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northmap Learning Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the website or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Your unlawful conduct in connection with the services

This website may reference or link to third-party websites or services for convenience. We do not control those third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to Section 11 (Dispute resolution), you agree that any court proceedings will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you submit to their jurisdiction.

Informal resolution first: if you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact us first and provide a description of the issue. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith.

If informal resolution is not successful within a reasonable time, either party may pursue resolution through the courts described in Section 10. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your province or territory.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to harm the website, or engaged in unlawful or abusive behavior.

Upon termination, your right to access licensed materials ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the website at least 14 days before the updated Terms become effective.

Continued use of the website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
